Return Policy
Return Period:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery.
Condition of Items:
- Items must be in like-new condition with all original packaging sealed and intact.
Shipping Fees:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns After 30 Days:
- Returns requested after the 30-day period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and will depend on the specific circumstances of the request. Please note that returns outside the 30-day window are unlikely to be in the requester’s favor.

Undeliverable or Stolen Packages:
- Any packages returned to GEM Accessories will be stored for a total of 3 days after delivery. Attempts will be made to contact the undeliverable party within that time. If no contact is made, the items will be refunded minus shipping costs. Any confirmed delivered packages stolen or missing from the confirmed address on file are not covered under GEMs return policy and will not be replaced.
